My telegram of 9th June. British Consul-General

reports that output of spelter from mines in Yunnan is

about 2,400 tons per BONUM. It leaves province partly via

Chung King partly Tenkin. According to Railway Department

statistics 762 tong was exported to Tonkin during 1913.

During first 9 months 1914 sine to value of 813728 francs

tra was exported to Prance and to value of $1,586,527 to other

comtries.
